" I contacted KPSol about the renewal of my policy, as I was not trading at that time due to a road traffic accident, they inquired if my accident happened as a result of traveling to work to which replied yes it had happened while traveling to work one morning. I was then informed that my policy covered for me for such an event and that I may have a claim, and after a discussion I was sent out forms to fill in.
I returned the forms and was told it could take up to 10 weeks to complete. The claims manager kept in regular contact with me during this period so I was aware of the progress. Within 7 weeks I was told that the claim was valid and an interim payment would be made to me within the week. The amount was paid as stipulated within the week, final payment to paid once the final medical report was received. This would be completed by end of October by the latest. However within two weeks of the interim payment I was told that the claim would be paid in full which it was.
Throughout this process the treatment I received from KPSol was first class, in fact if it was not for them I would not have even been aware that I was entitled to claim. For this advice I am truly grateful, when I begin trading again I will certainly be renewing my policy with KPSol. "
